There are a ton of gift guides out there, and I really do appreciate them all, but I’m going to focus on the men in my life and what gifts they may actual want to receive this Father’s Day. Take a look and if you think I should add something to the list, let me know. And these are actual tangible items, not favors, or ideas, or love coupons, these are actual gifts to be opened in front of children.

We recently bought these colorful socks for a friend’s birthday and he absolutely loved them. My dad was super jealous, so we may just buy a pack for him for Father’s Day this year. We grabbed these babies for less than $15. I think they’d also be a great graduation gift for someone who’s like going to law school or medical school. We gotta keep our sense of humor, am I right?

My hubby is always breaking my champagne glasses. He often drinks Pinot Noir in them and then knocks them over with his large manhands. I have no idea why he drinks red wine from my champagne flutes, but I kinda don’t care, I just want him to stop breaking them. SO we are getting him some plastic champagne glasses and he can drink whatever the hell he wants in them. They’d be great for boat rides or by the hotel pool. You can even shrug off any snasty looks you get when people think you brought glass to the pool area, and then pretend to break them on the ground. That would be kinda fun and for under $20 you can afford to buy 2 sets.

What man doesn’t need new shoes? From their large, pounding feet wearin’ and tearin’, to a smell that no one can really explain, your favorite man probably could use a new pair right now. I know mine does and he never goes shopping for himself. We bought these Skechers for him this week, and he loves them. He said they are super comfortable and waterproof I believe, plus they were less than $50. I wished him a Happy Father’s Day while he was heading out the door to work in his new kicks, but I’m sure I’ll have to remind him in June why he has such comfortable shoes.

This may seem like a silly, little gift, and it kinda is, but it’s seriously the best travel fan, or desk fan, or truck fan, or whatever. We recently used it on a short vacation and it really delivers. It hums out the noises of people stomping down hotel hallways and cools the room too and it’s less than $16. It’s powered by a USB, so it’s great for almost anything. I highly suggest buying a backup battery to use with it if you are planning on using it for camping, or on a houseboat, or something cool like that.

Ok this last one is kinda funny because my husband grills, but he’s not like a grill master. I actually call him a flipaholic because he just can’t stop himself from flipping burgers like every few minutes. Let them caramelize would ya??? I do love the idea of BBQ tools being kept in a case though, so I wanted to add this one to the list. Plus, if I get it for my husband, I can use it myself as well. Yay, a gift for me, plus some delicious, grilled shrimp and the tools are less than $40.
Hoping we all have a grillin’, champagne drinkin’, Father’s Day together, and I hope you do too.
Cheers!
Becky
