Brown one pound of ground turkey or chicken breast. Boil water and add 1 cup of pasta for everyone else in your family. Once meat is cooked through remove from sauce pan and put aside. Pour one can of diced tomatoes into saucepan and add 1/2 cup marinara. Heat over low. Zoodle your zucchini 😊. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and serve other peeps the marinara and meat how we they wanna eat it, and give them a salad. Add zoodles to marinara in the saucepan for yourself and add back in as much meat as you want. Heat through, about 5 minutes. Serve yourself your own darn plate and enjoy.
