We just found out how much we are gifting for taxes this year, and you know us, we are givers. Soooooo we are batten down the hatches and living super, ultra lean for the next 47 days. This family gotta save up some cash for Uncle Sam. We aren’t sure if we will make it, but we are going for it, as a family. On the upside I’m gonna be cooking a whole helluva lot and posting some delicious, healthy and inexpensive meals. Anyone else in tax season mode? Wanna swap ideas? I’m all ears, I mean heck, it’s not like I’m going anywhere.
