Bake three slices bacon in the oven on a cookie sheet for about 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Flip those babies at least once during cook time. Spray some cooking oil in a pan for about 1 second.
Cook four eggs over medium or however you like and please add salt and pepper. Drain and cool bacon. Toast four corn tortillas. Place two tortillas on a plate and top with 1/2 slice bacon each and salsa (add some sautéed veggies if you have em). Makes 4 tacos. One serving = 2 tacos
