Since deciding to eat Gluten Free over a year ago it’s been a struggle to find dressings that I really like, but that are also GFree and not loaded down with salt and other preservatives. I’ve always enjoyed making salad dressings and now I have a new favorite ranch recipe – chop, shake, serve – it’s that easy.
The Goods:
1 Cup Buttermilk
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley
2 Tablespoons Copped Chives
4 Teaspoons White Wine Vinegar
1 Clove of Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
Put all of the ingredients into a mason jar with a tight lid. Seal, shake and chill (for at least an hour). That is it. I served over mini lettuce wedge salads and added feta on top of the ranch. It was delicious. You can also add gorgonzola or blue cheese crumbles in place of the feta. Love it! Plus how stinkin’ cute are Mason jars filled with anything?
